Transportation technology & systems integration

Connect your TMS to the technology that runs your business

We integrate Transportation Management Systems with telematics, ERP, accounting, and the rest of your enterprise stack - so load, vehicle, and financial data moves between systems without anyone re-keying it. Integration is the foundation. Intelligence across that connected data is what we are building next.

GPS Tracking Live vehicle positions streamed from your GPS provider into every load, portal, and report. Shipment Tracking Pickup-to-delivery milestones customers can follow themselves, in real time. Order Status Order and load status synced from your TMS - no re-keying, no status phone calls. ELD Electronic logging data feeds detention, dwell, and settlement automatically. HOS Compliance Hours-of-service tracked against dispatch so violations are flagged before they happen. Telematics Engine diagnostics, fault codes, odometer, and fuel data from the platform you already run. EDI EDI 204, 210, 214, and 990 mapped to shipper and broker partners without middleware fees. Invoicing Invoices, detention, and accessorials billed straight from trip and timestamp data. POD Proof of delivery captured in the cab and attached to the invoice the moment it is signed. Imaging Scan BOLs, receipts, and permits from any phone - indexed to the right load automatically. Maintenance Preventive service scheduled from live mileage and engine hours, before breakdowns. More Integrations Accounting, ERP, fuel cards, payroll, load boards - if it has an API, it connects.

Every system connects both ways - data in, actions out - with FlowLogicX orchestrating the rules between them.

The problem

Transportation software integration is where most stacks break

Dispatch, telematics, and accounting live in separate tools that never talk to each other - so the same load gets keyed three times.

Compliance, HOS, and maintenance triggers get tracked by hand until something is missed, and the data needed to catch it sits in another system.

Every new lane, rate, or customer rule means another spreadsheet or another call to a developer.

Integration architecture

One integration layer between your TMS and everything else

Transportation data integration is rarely a single connection. FlowLogicX sits between your operational and enterprise systems, mapping fields, enforcing business rules, and keeping both sides in sync.

Integration services

What we connect for transportation businesses

Five integration disciplines, delivered as one engagement. Most carriers, brokers, and 3PLs start with two and grow from there.

TMS integration

Your Transportation Management System becomes the operational core rather than an island. We build TMS API integration and EDI connections that move tenders, loads, stops, status, and settlement data between your TMS and the platforms around it.

Load, order, and status synchronization
EDI 204 / 210 / 214 / 990 mapping
Rate, accessorial, and settlement rules
Customer and broker portal feeds

Telematics integration

Telematics TMS integration puts GPS, ELD, engine, and fuel data where decisions get made. We read from the fleet platform you already run and push it into dispatch, billing, maintenance, and customer-facing tracking.

Live vehicle location and ETA feeds
HOS and detention timestamps into billing
Fault codes and odometer into maintenance
Fleet management integration across providers

ERP integration

ERP integration for transportation keeps orders, inventory, procurement, and freight in one operating picture - so the warehouse, the yard, and the road are working from the same record.

Order-to-shipment and TMS to ERP integration
Inventory, warehouse, and yard visibility
Procurement and vendor data alignment
Master data governance between systems

Accounting integration

Accounting integration with TMS ends the double entry between dispatch and the back office. Trip, timestamp, and document data becomes invoices, driver pay, and reconciled GL entries.

Invoice-to-cash from trip and POD data
Driver settlements and payroll feeds
Fuel card, AP, and expense reconciliation
Cost per mile and margin reporting inputs

Enterprise systems integration

When the requirement crosses more than two platforms, integration becomes an architecture problem. We design the connections, the data contracts, and the business rules that let workflows move between applications reliably - and we monitor them once they are live.

The intelligence layer

Integration is the foundation. Intelligence is what we are building on top of it.

Most integration work stops at moving data between two systems. Once your TMS, telematics, ERP, and accounting platforms share one normalized flow of information, that data becomes a foundation something can reason over. That is the layer our roadmap is aimed at - designed to surface patterns, flag inefficiencies, and support decisions across the whole connected ecosystem rather than one system at a time.

How we differ

Two ways to think about transportation integration

Both approaches connect systems. Only one treats the connected data as the starting point rather than the deliverable.

Traditional integration

Connect, transfer, sync

Point-to-point connections between two named systems
The project ends when the data moves
Reporting is left to whatever each system offers
Every new requirement is a new one-off build
The FlowLogicX™ approach

Connect, unify, then build intelligence across it

One integration layer with a normalized view across TMS, telematics, ERP, and accounting
Business rules and workflow automation on top of the connected data
Monitoring that treats every interface as a running system, not a finished project
An intelligence layer in development, designed to turn that unified data into insight and decision support

Today's integration connects your systems. The intelligence we are building is designed to help those systems work smarter together.

Engagement model

How an integration project runs

Scoped in weeks, not quarters. You keep your TMS, your telematics provider, and your accounting system.

01

Systems audit

We document every platform in play, the data each one owns, and where the manual handoffs are today.

02

Integration design

Field mapping, sync direction, error handling, and business rules are agreed before anything is built.

03

Build & connect

Connections go live in stages against real data, with a rollback path at every step.

04

Monitor & extend

Interfaces are monitored with retries and alerting - and the connected data becomes the base our intelligence work builds on.

Automated

TMS to accounting software integration

Portals we launch on top

Integration in practice

A 60-truck carrier retires the spreadsheet dispatch board

Loads flow from tender to settlement automatically, detention bills itself off ELD timestamps, and maintenance is scheduled from live odometer data. Dispatchers stopped re-keying between the TMS and QuickBooks entirely.

FAQ

TMS integration questions we get asked

No. The platform is built to work alongside the Transportation Management System you already run, and the same applies to your telematics provider and your accounting or ERP package. The integration layer sits between those systems rather than replacing any of them.
That depends on what each system makes available. Platforms with an API, EDI capability, or a scheduled file exchange are the usual candidates. Before any work is committed, we review the systems in your stack and tell you what can be connected, what would need a workaround, and what is not practical.
EDI carries structured trading-partner documents such as 204 tenders, 214 status updates, and 210 invoices. APIs carry live request-and-response data such as vehicle positions, order status, and invoice posting. Many transportation operations need some of each, and the right approach for a given connection is decided during scoping.
Today the platform runs rule-based automation on connected data: conditions you define, run on a schedule or when something changes. The AI layer is in development and is intended to look for patterns across TMS, telematics, and financial data and point out where time or money is being lost. We are clear about which capabilities are live and which are still on the roadmap.
It depends on the complexity of the systems involved, the capacity of your team and ours, and the size of your fleet. A single connection between two systems is a smaller job than a program that touches several. We scope each connection before it starts and give you a timeline based on what we find, and larger programs are run in stages so that something useful is working early.
We do. The integration runs as part of our multi-tenant SaaS platform, so we build, host, monitor, and maintain it. You pay a subscription for the platform and the connections you use. There is no integration code handed over and nothing for you to host or keep running yourself. Your operational data stays your data.
No. Your data is processed to run your flows and your reporting, and it is not used to train models for anyone else. Access is role-based, and data is encrypted in transit and at rest where the systems involved support it.

Tell us which systems need to talk

Bring your TMS, your telematics provider, and your accounting or ERP platform. We will map what connects, what it takes, and where the intelligence layer goes once the data is flowing.
