Cookie Policy

Effective September 18, 2026

This policy explains how the FlowLogicX™ website uses cookies and similar technologies, what each category does, and how to control them.

What cookies are

Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website. They allow a site to remember your actions and preferences, keep sessions secure, and measure how the site is used. We also refer here to related technologies such as local storage, pixels, and tags, which work in a similar way.

Categories we use

We keep cookie use deliberately minimal.

Strictly necessary - required for the site to load, to route requests, to balance load, and to protect against abuse. These cannot be switched off.
Preference - remember choices such as a dismissed notice or a selected view, so the site behaves consistently on your next visit.
Analytics - help us understand which pages are read, which integration topics draw interest, and where visitors leave, in aggregate form. Where required, these are set only with your consent.
Marketing - used only if we run advertising or campaign measurement. These are set only with your consent and are not enabled by default.

Third-party cookies

Where we use third-party analytics, embedded media, or scheduling tools, those providers may set their own cookies under their own policies. We limit such tools to what the site genuinely needs, and we do not permit them to use your browsing data for their own unrelated advertising purposes where that choice is available to us.

How long cookies last

Session cookies are deleted when you close your browser. Persistent cookies remain for a defined period, typically between a few days and twenty-four months depending on their purpose, unless you delete them earlier.

Managing cookies

You can accept, reject, or delete cookies through your browser settings, and most browsers allow you to block third-party cookies or clear stored data for a single site. Where a consent banner is shown, you can change your choice at any time by clearing this site's cookies and reloading the page. Blocking strictly necessary cookies may prevent parts of the site from working.

Do Not Track

There is no common industry standard for responding to Do Not Track browser signals. We do not currently respond to them, and we keep non-essential tracking limited regardless.

Cookies and the integrations we build

This policy covers the FlowLogicX™ marketing website. Portals and applications we build for clients are governed by the privacy and cookie notices published for those systems, which may differ according to the client's requirements.

Changes

We may update this policy when the tools we use change. The effective date above reflects the current version.
