Privacy Policy

Effective September 18, 2026

FlowLogicX™ provides transportation technology and systems integration services, including integration between Transportation Management Systems, telematics platforms, ERP systems, and accounting software. This policy explains what information we collect through this website and through the integration services we deliver, how we use it, and the choices available to you.

Who we are

FlowLogicX™ is operated by Live Web Design, based in British Columbia, Canada. For the purposes of applicable privacy legislation, including Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and British Columbia's Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA), we act as a controller for information collected through this website, and as a service provider or processor for client data handled inside the integrations we build and operate on a client's behalf.

Information we collect

We collect only what we need to respond to enquiries and deliver integration work.

Contact details you submit - name, company, email address, phone number, and the description of your systems or requirements you choose to provide.
Correspondence - emails, call notes, and project documentation created while scoping or delivering an engagement.
Website usage data - pages visited, referring source, approximate location derived from IP address, browser and device type, collected through analytics where enabled.
Technical and operational data required for integration work, such as API endpoints, credentials supplied by you, field mappings, and interface logs.

Client and operational data inside integrations

When we connect your TMS, telematics, ERP, accounting, or other business systems, data passes through interfaces we build and monitor. That data remains yours. We process it only to operate the integrations and workflows you have asked us to run, to investigate errors, and to provide support. We do not sell client operational data, and we do not use it to train artificial intelligence models for other customers or for general product development. Where our roadmap capabilities involve analysis of your connected data, that analysis is performed for your operation, under your instruction, and described in the applicable engagement agreement.

How we use information

We use information to respond to enquiries and provide quotes, to scope, build, operate, monitor, and support integrations, to invoice and administer our business, to improve this website and our service offering, and to meet legal, tax, and contractual obligations.

Legal bases

Where required by law, we rely on your consent for marketing communications and non-essential cookies, on the performance of a contract for delivering integration services, on our legitimate interests for site security, service improvement, and business administration, and on legal obligation where retention or disclosure is required.

Sharing and disclosure

We share information only where necessary.

Service providers acting on our instructions - hosting, email, analytics, accounting, and support tooling, each bound by confidentiality and data protection obligations.
Platforms you direct us to connect, strictly as required for the integration to function.
Professional advisors, insurers, or authorities where disclosure is legally required or necessary to protect our rights.
A successor entity in the event of a merger, acquisition, or reorganization, subject to this policy continuing to apply.

International transfers

Some service providers may process data outside Canada. Where that happens we use providers that apply comparable protection and contractual safeguards. Data may be subject to lawful access requests in the jurisdiction where it is stored.

Security

We apply role-based access control, encryption of data in transit and at rest where supported by the systems involved, credential separation per client, audit logging on integration interfaces, and least-privilege access for staff. No system is absolutely secure, but credentials you provide are stored in secured secret management rather than in project documentation.

Retention

Enquiry and correspondence records are retained for as long as needed to manage the relationship and for a reasonable period afterward for legal and accounting purposes. Integration logs are retained according to the operational and audit requirements agreed with each client. Analytics data is retained on a rolling basis.

Your rights

Subject to applicable law, you may request access to the personal information we hold about you, correction of inaccurate information, deletion where we have no continuing lawful basis to retain it, withdrawal of consent for marketing, and a copy of your information in a portable format. To make a request, contact us using the details below. We may need to verify your identity before acting. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada or your provincial privacy regulator.

Children

This website and our services are directed to businesses. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as our services and legal obligations change. The effective date above reflects the current version. Material changes will be highlighted on this page.
